SIM MLB GAMES

Place this file at the path C:/scripts/MLB_last_7_days_stats_full.xlsx. If the file is located elsewhere, you need to update the file path in the script accordingly.

Example Usage

1. Launch the script -In the GUI, navigate to the Simulation Settings tab. 
2. Select "Chicago Cubs" as Team 1 and "St. Louis Cardinals" as Team 2.
3.  Enter the number of simulations to run, e.g., 10. 
4. (Optional) Enter custom ERA and WHIP for the teams' pitchers. [0.000 and 0.999] 
5. (Optional)Navigate to the Custom Settings tab and enter any custom AVG, SLG, and OBP values for both teams' lineups. [Values between 0.000 and 0.999] 
6. Go to the Results & Play-by-Play tab. 
7. Click Run Simulation to see aggregated results for the specified amount of simulations, or Run Play-by-Play Simulation for detailed updates of 1 game simulation. 
8. View results and play-by-play updates in their respective areas in the Results & Play-by-Play tab.
